As a child, I was introduced to yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda through my family and frequent trips to India.A defining moment came when my brother, severely ill with fatigue and weakness, found full recovery through Ayurveda — after conventional medicine had no answers. That experience left a lasting impression on me: the body’s ability to heal when given the right tools.
Years later, I became a Physical Therapist to help people heal and thrive. I worked at top hospitals in New York City — Beth Israel, Lennox Hill, and St. Luke’s Roosevelt — but always believed true healing needed a mind-body approach.
This belief led me to formally train in yoga and meditation, blending Eastern wisdom with Western science.
Meditation became especially important to me personally. It helped me manage my own anxiety — a journey that deepened at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, where I received mantra diksha (a sacred mantra initiation) from Swami Dayananda Saraswati as a teenager. Since then, I’ve continued training across traditions like Isha, Art of Living, and Vipassana, and I am now a certified teacher of meditation and mindfulness.
Nutrition came into focus when my son faced gluten and GI challenges. Realizing how deeply nutrition impacts resilience, I pursued a two-year holistic nutrition certification to expand my knowledge — both as a mother and as a clinician working with people managing chronic health conditions.
Clinical hypnosis was a natural next step — another way to empower healing and change from within. Initially motivated to help a family member with anxiety, I discovered hypnosis as a powerful tool for myself and my clients, training through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: mind-body strategies are powerful tools for optimizing ourself  for maximal performance, wellness, and resilience. My intention is to share these tools in a way that creates the greatest impact for every individual and group I work with. I aim to be a source of support and empowerment — meeting people exactly where they are in their journey, and helping them move forward.
