Have you been feeling stressed out and overwhelmed lately? You may know you need to make some changes for your health and to be at your best, but you don’t know where to start or how.

Maybe you have a chronic condition and you know stress is affecting this but don’t know what to do. Perhaps you have a vision for yourself of how you want to feel, look, and navigate your life but just get bogged down with responsibilities and negativity.

In my experience of overcoming stress in my life, as well as helping my clients, I find it useful to have a customized approach to reduce stress, increase efficiency, and enhance health.

Everyone is different, so a one- sized-fits-all approach doesn’t always work. In my 1:1 sessions, I really tailor the plan for you, based on your schedule and goals. We will mainly be using strategies from meditation and clinical hypnosis. I also draw up on my skills as a physical therapist and nutritionist, as needed.

First, I will get to know you and your goals via a consultation. Next, I will explain the strategies so you will be clear on what they are and why they would help you. Then, I will guide you through the process, and then I will give you an audio recording for home practice until the next session.

By facing stress head on and in this way, my clients say they are more focused, productive, and feel well physically and mentally. And this is possible for you too!
